This language is also known as Bisiàc, Veneto, Venetian, and Venet.

This language is a dialect of Veneto (Venetian) spoken by people in the area between the Isonzo and Timavo rivers in Gorizia Province, in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, northeastern Italy. It is also spoken in Croatia and Slovenia.
